Banana Daiquiri Bread

1 ¼ cups Sugar In The Raw®
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon cointreau
3 tablespoons spiced dark rum
2 cups mashed bananas
2 ¼ cups all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon each baking powder and baking soda
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt


Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease and flour a 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan.

In a large bowl, cream together sugar and butter. Add milk, eggs, liquors and bananas. Combine dry ingredients in another bowl and sift into butter mixture. Combine just until mixed. Do not over mix. Pour batter into loaf pan and bake at least 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool 25-30 minutes in pan.
