|1/2||cup unsalted butter, melted|
|1||cup Sugar In The Raw® (or ½ cup Sugar In The Raw® + ½ cup Stevia In The Raw®)|
|1/2||cup all-purpose flour|
|1||tsp. baking powder|
|1||tsp. vanilla extract|
|1/3||cup Dutch cocoa powder|
|1||cup chopped walnuts nuts|
Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Grease an 8-inch baking pan and set aside. In a large bowl, beat together the melted butter and Sugar In The Raw® (or Sugar In The Raw®/Stevia In The Raw® combo). Add flour and baking powder and mix well to combine. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract, cocoa powder and walnuts. Mix well and pour batter into prepared baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then cut into 12 squares.

Just made these…the flavor is quite nice, but the texture is cakey, not fudgey like brownies should be! (in my opinion anyway)..I’m going to make them again and cook them a little less to see if that changes anything, as i think 20 minutes was a little too long and dried them out a bit.

I have not found ANY brownie recipe that turns out well, using Stevia in the Raw with some sugar nor just regular stevia. Most recipes for sweets using stevia just DON’T WORK & appear to be a waste of time & money. Looked at lots of recipes & much research, none good including this one. Only recipes with stevia I’ve found that turn out well are muffins!
