Cranberry Walnut Breakfast Quinoa
|1 cup||quinoa, rinsed|
|1/2 cup||fresh or frozen cranberries|
|3 Tbsp.||Sugar In The Raw®|
|1/4 cup||chopped walnuts|
Bring 1 cup water to a boil in medium saucepan. Stir in quinoa, cranberries and Sugar In The Raw®.
Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 10 to 15 minutes until water is absorbed and quinoa is tender. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in walnuts and vanilla.
