Cranberry Walnut Breakfast Quinoa

Sugar In The Raw | Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 15 minutes | Makes 4 servings


1 cup quinoa, rinsed
1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
3 Tbsp. Sugar In The Raw®
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp. vanilla


Bring 1 cup water to a boil in medium saucepan. Stir in quinoa, cranberries and Sugar In The Raw®. 

Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 10 to 15 minutes until water is absorbed and quinoa is tender. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in walnuts and vanilla.
