Cucumber-Mint Limeade

Stevia In The RawⓇ | Prep Time: 10 MINUTES | MAKES 4 SERVINGS


4 packets Stevia In The Raw® or 8 teaspoons Stevia In The Raw® Bakers Bag, divided
4 tablespoons fresh lime juice, divided
1 cucumber, cut into ribbons with a vegetable peeler
12 mint leaves, divided
Crushed ice
4 cups unsweetened cucumber-flavored sparkling water
4 large mint sprigs


In each of 4 tall glasses combine 1 packet of Stevia In The Raw® or 2 teaspoons of the Stevia In The Raw® Bakers bag and 1 tablespoon lime juice. Stir until stevia is dissolved.

Add a couple of cucumber ribbons and 3 mint leaves to each glass, then fill glasses with crushed ice and top off with cucumber sparkling water. Garnish with mint sprigs.
