Double Fudge Sauce
|1/2||cup boiling water|
|6||tablespoons unsalted butter|
|1/2||cup unsweetened Dutch-process cocoa powder|
|1/2||cups Stevia In The Raw® Bakers Bag|
|3||ounces bittersweet (70 percent) chocolate, chopped|
|2||tablespoons Agave In The Raw®|
|1||teaspoon vanilla extract|
In a small saucepan, combine the boiling water, butter, and cocoa, whisking until the mixture resembles thick hot chocolate. Mix in the stevia and sugar. Over medium-high heat, cook until the sugar dissolves, 3-4 minutes.
Off the heat, add the chocolate, stirring until it melts. Mix in the agave and vanilla. Pour the sauce into one or two heatproof containers and cool to lukewarm or room temperature before using. Double Fudge Sauce keeps, tightly covered in the refrigerator, for 1 month.
