|3||Golden Delicious apples, quartered and cored|
|1||tablespoon unsalted butter, melted|
|1/2||cup reduced-fat sour cream|
|2||tablespoons Stevia In The Raw® Bakers Bag|
|2||teaspoons unsulphured molasses|
|1||teaspoon ground cinnamon|
|1||tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder|
Preheat the oven to 350° F. Or heat a gas or charcoal grill to medium.
Place four 12-inch squares of foil on a work surface. Place 3 apple quarters side by side in the center of each square. Brush the apples with the butter. Seal the packets by bringing up two opposite sides of the foil over the apples, and holding them together, roll the foil down, then roll in the short sides.
Place the packets on a baking sheet and bake the apples for 30 minutes, or until they are tender. If using a gas grill, arrange the packets over indirect heat at 375° F. If using a charcoal grill, bury the packets in coals covered in grey ash, opening a packet after 20 minutes to see if the apples are done. If not, check again in 10 minutes.
While the apples bake, in a small bowl, combine the sour cream, stevia, molasses, and cinnamon, and set aside.
Open the foil packets carefully to avoid any steam, and let the apples cool for 10 minutes. Spoon one-fourth of the sour cream over the apples in each packet. Using a sieve, sprinkle the cocoa over the sour cream. Serve immediately.
