Light or Dark Side Black and White Cookies
|1||cup all purpose flour|
|1||cup cake flour|
|1/4||teaspoon baking powder|
|2||sticks unsalted butter, softened|
|2||Organic Valley eggs|
|1/2||cup Organic Valley 2% milk|
|1||cup Sugar In The Raw Organic White®|
|1/2||teaspoon almond extract|
|2||cup powdered sugar|
|1/2||cup semi-sweet chocolate chips melted|
Combine all dry ingredients together in a large bowl and set to the side. With an electric mixer, beat together the butter, Organic Valley eggs, Organic Valley milk, Sugar in the Raw Organic White®, vanilla and almond extract. Add dry ingredients to your wet ingredients and mix until creamy. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Over low heat in a saucepan mix water and honey until completely combined. Slowly mix honey mixture into powdered sugar until a smooth frosting. Slowly melt chocolate chips to make a smooth frosting.
Frost cookies half and half to look like a traditional black and white cookie...or as some see it... the Phantom's mask!
