Mulled Apple Cider
|1||orange, peeled and cut crosswise|
|Ginger root (approx. 2 inch section), peeled and cut into 6 pieces|
|8||cups apple cider|
|1/2||cup Sugar In The Raw® (or ½ cup Stevia In The Raw®)|
Combine all ingredients in a large pot and mix well. Simmer on stovetop for 20 minutes over medium-low heat. To serve, strain the hot cider and pour into a decorative pitcher.
