Mulled Apple Cider

Stevia In The Raw | Prep Time: 5 mins | Cook Time: 20 mins | Makes 6 servings

Ingredients

1 orange, peeled and cut crosswise
Ginger root (approx. 2 inch section), peeled and cut into 6 pieces
8 cups apple cider
1/2 cup Sugar In The Raw® (or ½ cup Stevia In The Raw®)
1 cinnamon stick
10 whole cloves

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large pot and mix well.  Simmer on stovetop for 20 minutes over medium-low heat. To serve, strain the hot cider and pour into a decorative pitcher.
