|4||ounces chilled club soda|
|2||dashes Angostura bitters|

In a chilled cocktail shaker, shake the grapefruit juice, tequila, and Monk Fruit In The Raw® with the cracked ice and strain into a chilled highball glass or other tall glass. Add half of the ice from the shaker to the glass. Pour in club soda to top off the glass. Add the bitters and garnish with the mint sprig.
