1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
1 cup low-fat plain, unsweetened kefir
3 tablespoons peanut butter
2 packets Stevia In The Raw®
2 tablespoons ground flax seed
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon


In a blender combine blueberries, kefir, peanut butter, Stevia In The Raw®, flax, vanilla, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.

    I am on meds that dehydrate me and it causes me to be irregular so I’m going to try this. I have been looking for something natural to help me with no chemical side effects. Thank you. I will tell happy how it works.
