Red Grape Foccacia
|1||pound frozen pizza dough, defrosted|
|Flour (for dusting)|
|2||cups seedless red grapes, washed, dried and halved|
|1/4||cup Sugar In The Raw®, divided|
Evenly divide pizza dough into 2 pieces. On a lightly floured surface press and stretch one piece of dough into a 10-inch round. Transfer dough to a baking sheet or pizza pan.
Arrange half the grapes on the dough round. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons Sugar In The Raw®.
Press the remaining piece of dough into a 10-inch round. Lay on top of the first dough round. Sprinkle with remaining grapes and Sugar In The Raw®.
Cover with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place 45 minutes.
Bake in preheated 450° oven 20 to 25 minutes until golden. Let cool a few minutes before cutting into wedges.
