Spiced Iced Coffee Chiller

Stevia In The RawⓇ | Prep Time: 3 hrs 35 mins | Makes 6 servings


6 cups brewed coffee, cooled to room temperature
1/3 cup Stevia In The Raw® Bakers Bag
2 cups 1% milk
1 teaspoon almond extract
2 sticks cinnamon


Reserve 2 cups of the brewed coffee and pour into ice cube trays. Freeze until solid.

Meanwhile, in a large pitcher, combine the remaining 4 cups coffee and Stevia In The Raw®. Stir to dissolve. Add the milk, almond extract and cinnamon sticks. Stir to combine, cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.

When ready to serve, fill 6 tall glasses with the coffee ice cubes. Remove the coffee mixture from refrigerator, discard the cinnamon sticks, and pour the cooled coffee over the ice cubes. Serve immediately. (Alternatively, coffee ice cubes can be added to the cooled coffee mixture and served directly from the pitcher.)
