Spicy Sesame Sauce
|1/4||cup smooth peanut butter|
|2||teaspoons roasted sesame oil|
|2||tablespoons rice vinegar|
|1||tablespoon reduced sodium soy sauce|
|1||tablespoon Agave In The Raw®|
|1||teaspoon sriracha hot sauce or more, to taste|
|1/2||teaspoon Hoisin sauce|
|Black tea, optional|
|Pinch of salt|
|Ground black pepper|
In a small bowl, combine the peanut butter and sesame oil. Add the vinegar, soy sauce, Agave In The Raw®, sriracha, and hoisin sauces and whisk until the dressing is smooth. If a thinner sauce is desired, add room temperature black tea by the tablespoon to reach the desired consistency. Season the dressing to taste with salt and pepper.
To make sesame noodles, when draining the pasta leave some cooking water clinging to it. Use two forks to blend the sauce with them. Add bean sprouts and slivered snowpea pods after blending pasta with the sauce, and top with chopped scallions and peanuts.
