Sweet Potato Casserole

4 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1 8-ounce can pineapple chunks, packed in juice
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup Sugar In The Raw®
2 tablespoons light or dark rum
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt


Preheat oven to 400°F. Butter a 3 quart casserole dish and set aside.

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into prepared casserole and bake for about 35 minutes.
