Tropical Milk Shake

Monk Fruit In The Raw | Prep Time: 10 minutes | Makes 1 serving


1/2 cup lite coconut milk
1/4 cup low-fat (1 percent) cow’s milk
3/4 cup diced ripe papaya or 1 cup diced ripe cantaloupe melon
2 packets Monk Fruit In The Raw®
1/2 cup coarsely crushed ice
1 Lime wedge, optional, for garnish


Place the coconut milk, dairy milk, fruit, Monk Fruit In The Raw®, and ice in a blender. Whirl on high speed until smooth and frothy. Pour the milk shake into a tall glass. Serve immediately.
