Tropical Milk Shake
|1/2||cup lite coconut milk|
|1/4||cup low-fat (1 percent) cow’s milk|
|3/4||cup diced ripe papaya or 1 cup diced ripe cantaloupe melon|
|2||packets Monk Fruit In The Raw®|
|1/2||cup coarsely crushed ice|
|1||Lime wedge, optional, for garnish|
Place the coconut milk, dairy milk, fruit, Monk Fruit In The Raw®, and ice in a blender. Whirl on high speed until smooth and frothy. Pour the milk shake into a tall glass. Serve immediately.
