Turbinado Energy Bar
|2||tbsp macadamia oil|
|1/2||cup plus 1 tbsp. Sugar In The Raw®, divided|
|1/2||tsp. sea salt|
|1||cup rolled oats|
|1/3||cup chopped pecans|
|1/3||cup unsweetened shredded coconut|
|1/3||cup sesame seeds|
|1/3||cup raw sunflower seeds|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 11” x 8” baking pan.
In medium saucepan combine macadamia oil, ½ cup Sugar In The Raw®, honey and sea salt. Over low heat, stir constantly until oil, sugar, honey and salt are of a smooth consistency. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Mix with wooden spoon until well combined. Pour mixture into prepared pan and press evenly. Sprinkle with additional tablespoon of Sugar In The Raw®.
Bake uncovered in preheated oven about 15-20 minutes or until top is golden brown. Remove and let cool thoroughly. Cut into 16 bars.
