Watermelon Agua Fresca

Monk Fruit In The Raw | Prep Time: 10 minutes | Makes 2 servings


2 cups chopped watermelon
1/2 cup crushed ice
1/2 cup cold water
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
4 packets Monk Fruit In The Raw®
2 mint sprigs for garnish, optional


Place watermelon, ice, water, lime juice, and Monk Fruit In The Raw® in the blender. Cover and whirl on low to liquefy, then on high until smooth and frothy. Serve immediately over ice. Garnish with a mint sprig, if desired.
