Our USDA Organic, raw, Grade-A honey is hand-harvested and unfiltered. Organic honey can only be found in a few places around the world. Unlike other honey, our Honey In The Raw is single sourced from the Casstinga region in Brazil, known as one of the most biodiverse regions on the planet. Here, our bees produce honey from the nectar of various wildflowers rather than a specific type of flower, plant or clover. The result is a consistent, bold flavor that’s pleasantly sweet, slightly fruity with hints of floral notes. Pesticides and antibiotics are never used on the beehives we collect our honey from. Pure honey is known for its various benefits — We do not filter out the pollen, keeping the pure raw honey with various bee pollen benefits. Crystallization in raw and unfiltered honey is very common and natural, however it is easily remedied. To make your honey smooth and free flowing again, simply place your bottle in a warm water bath to liquefy. Pollen in our unfiltered honey can act as a starter to the crystallization process. To slow down crystallization, store at room temperature away from direct sunlight.
