DIRECTIONS
1. In a medium bowl combine cream cheese, peanut butter, monk fruit, cocoa powder, and salt. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth.
2. Use a small ice cream scoop or a tablespoon to measure out mixture in heaping tablespoonfuls. Roll into balls.
3. Spread peanuts on a plate and roll balls in peanuts.
4. Store refrigerated in an airtight container.
