- In a quart jar or container, stir together water, coffee, cinnamon, orange peel, and lavender. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 12 hours.
- Strain through a fine mesh sieve lined with a piece of thin kitchen towel or several layers of cheesecloth. Store refrigerated.
- To serve, add 2oz cold brew concentrate to a glass filled with ice cubes. Add water and stevia and stir to dissolve. If desired, stir in milk or half-and-half to taste.
