- In a medium bowl combine ½ cup cream, 1 teaspoon agave, and peppermint extract. Beat with a hand mixer on high speed until stiffly whipped.
- In a small saucepan combine milk, remaining 1 cup cream, chocolate, and remaining 1 tablespoon agave. Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
Divide drinking chocolate between 4 small mugs. Top each with a spoonful of whipped cream.
