Combine all dry ingredients together in a large bowl and set to the side. With an electric mixer, beat together the butter, Organic Valley eggs, Organic Valley milk, Sugar in the Raw Organic White®, vanilla and almond extract. Add dry ingredients to your wet ingredients and mix until creamy. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Over low heat in a saucepan mix water and honey until completely combined. Slowly mix honey mixture into powdered sugar until a smooth frosting. Slowly melt chocolate chips to make a smooth frosting.
