- In a medium bowl combine coffee granules, 2 tablespoons sweetener, and hot water. Use a hand mixer or whisk to beat mixture until thick and fluffy.
- In a liquid measuring cup stir together coconut milk and remaining 2 tablespoons sweetener until sweetener is dissolved.
- Fill 2 glasses with ice and pour coconut milk over. Spoon whipped coffee on top. Drizzle with chocolate and sprinkle lightly with salt.
