DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven according to your puff pastry instructions. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pour ½ of tsp of Organic Hot Agave In The Raw® into 4 sections of your baking sheet, evenly spaced. Next, top with a ½ inch slice of brie. Take your thawed puff pastry and cut it into 4 equal-sized pieces. Place the puff pastry on top of the four pieces of brie and gently press down on the sides, and crimp. Brush the entire pastry with egg wash and place the pan into the oven.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
Once out of the oven, top each pastry with a sprig of rosemary and a drizzle of Organic Hot Agave In The Raw.
