In a medium bowl, whisk together the Organic Hot Agave In The Raw® lime juice, soy sauce, garlic cloves, and olive oil. Pour over the salmon, and let marinate for 2-4 hours.
Preheat oven to 350℉. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or foil. Transfer marinated salmon to a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake until cooked to desired degree of doneness, 15-20 minutes (120℉ for medium-rare, 130℉ for medium, 140℉ for well-done).
