In medium bowl, beat butter, cheese and 2 tablespoons of the Sugar In The Raw with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Add remaining ingredients except 1 tablespoon Sugar In The Raw. Mix on low speed until dough forms. Turn dough onto lightly floured work surface. Knead 4 or 5 time. Roll into 7-inch log. Wrap in plastic wrap and place in freezer 15 minutes or until firm enough to slice. Heat oven to 350°F. Cut log in 1/3-inch slices. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon Sugar In The Raw. Bake 14 to 16 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to cooling rack. Serve with a fresh fruit and cheese platter.
