When people leave, what do you hope they’re saying?
We hope our baristas make a great impression and that people talk about how great the beverage is.
What’s something guests might not notice but you care deeply about?
Some people just come in for their fix but we hope they notice the care and quality our baristas put into the final product the most.
Where are you choosing to do less these days?
Less inauthentic interactions and more meeting people where they are, genuinely.
What should someone order on their first visit?
A shot of espresso followed by their favorite drink of choice.
