When people leave, what do you hope they’re saying?

We hope that folks say that every detail about their visit felt intentional. The interaction with every member of our team, every ingredient on their plate, every coffee that we serve, and every aspect of our cafe felt carefully thought out to give the best possible experience. Hospitality is our biggest priority.

What’s something guests might not notice but you care deeply about?

The idea of “Dignity For All” is something we practice throughout our cafe but specifically carrying this idea through sourcing our green coffee. We work with importers and farmers who carry this same mindset through the growing and processing of coffee long before it reaches our cafe. This is a non-negotiable for us.

Where are you choosing to do less these days?

We are choosing quality over quantity these days. This means ensuring every coffee, menu item, and special meets a higher standard, even if that means doing fewer of them. This all comes down to planning, sourcing, and execution. If it is not perfect, why bother doing it at all?
