What’s something guests might not notice — but you care deeply about?
Our mindfulness as it pertains to planet impact. Our paper cups are free of micro-plastics, our plastic cups contain PRC, our default milk is plant based, and we carry a selection of vegan items in each cafe. We are always looking for ways to minimize our impact in each cafe space.
Where are you choosing to do less these days?
We are not chasing fads. We show commitment to our guests' needs by remaining dedicated to what they love: a craft coffee experience in a welcoming space.
What should someone order on their first visit?
They should definitely try our seasonal beverage flight. This is a 5oz pour of each seasonal beverage and is sure to inspire.
