All Purpose In The Raw® is nature’s perfect blend that is made with just four zero calorie ingredients to look, taste and bake just like sugar. This sweetener can be used anywhere you would normally use sugar — whether it’s in your morning coffee or tea, in your favorite baking, cooking or cocktail recipe, or sprinkled in your smoothie, oatmeal or yogurt. An all natural zero calorie sweetener that looks, tastes and crunches like sugar without an aftertaste. Sourced from nature, simply made to perform and be sweet as sugar with zero calories, our Optimal All-Purpose Sweetener Blend is made with Allulose to taste and brown more like sugar, stevia leaf extract and monk fruit extract so that it is sweet like sugar, and erythritol to look and crunch more like sugar and provide the bulk of sugar.
To ensure our blend has the same sweetness as sugar, we added Monk Fruit extract – extracted from the fruit of the Siraitia Grosvenoriiplant – and Stevia leaf extract – extracted from the leaves of the South American plant Stevia Rebaudiana. These extracts come with a lot of sweetness, but with no calories. Allulose is found in small quantities in fruits such as figs, raisins or can be made from corn through fermentation. It has the same clean taste as sugar and bakes and browns just like sugar, but is slightly less sweet and has no calories. Finally to make sure our blend has the same texture as sugar and can be measured cup for cup with sugar, we added some Erythritol – a sugar alcohol found in small quantities in pears, grapes and mushrooms or is made from corn through fermentation.

Our All-Purpose blend is made with four Non-GMO, plant-based sweeteners: Stevia leaf extract, Monk Fruit, Allulose and Erythritol. Stevia leaves are first steeped in hot water to extract the sweet parts of the stevia leaf, while the monk fruit juice and pulp are separated from the fruit insoluble parts. Afterward, they each undergo a process to separate, filter and purify the extract into a sweetener for our blend. Erythritol is a zero calorie sugar alcohol. Many sugar substitutes in powder form contain erythritol because it is an ingredient that does not change the flavor of the sweetener in the blend and has zero calories and is accepted by keto diet. In All-Purpose in the Raw, erythritol is added so that our sweetener looks and crunches just like sugar.
Allulose is a zero calorie sweetener with the same clean, sweet taste you expect from sugar. Allulose is found in small quantities in fruits such as figs, raisins or can be made from corn through fermentation. All-Purpose In The Raw® is perfect for sweetening jams without the calories from sugar. It is not however recommended to use for making jellies due to the reduced shelf life and potentially cloudy appearance from using a sugar substitute.

When used in combination with traditional carbohydrate counting, the Glycemic Index can be a useful tool to help people with diabetes improve their blood sugar control.
