About All-Purpose In The Raw®
All-Purpose In The Raw® is nature’s perfect zero calorie sweetener blend that is made with just four all-natural ingredients to look, taste and bake just like sugar without an aftertaste. This sweetener can be used anywhere you would normally use sugar — whether it’s in your morning coffee or tea, in your favorite baking, cooking or cocktail recipe, or sprinkled in your smoothie, oatmeal or yogurt.
To ensure our blend has the same sweetness as sugar, we added Monk Fruit extract – extracted from the fruit of the Siraitia Grosvenoriiplant – and Stevia Leaf extract – extracted from the leaves of the South American plant Stevia Rebaudiana. These extracts come with a lot of sweetness, but with no calories. Allulose is found in small quantities in fruits such as figs, raisins or can be made from corn through fermentation. It has the same clean taste as sugar and bakes and browns just like sugar, but is slightly less sweet and has no calories. Finally to make sure our blend has the same texture as sugar and can be measured cup for cup with sugar, we added Erythritol – a sugar alcohol found in small quantities in pears, grapes and mushrooms or is made from corn through fermentation.

Erythritol is a plant based zero calorie sugar alcohol. Many sugar substitutes in powder form contain Erythritol because it is an ingredient that does not change the flavor of the sweetener in the blend and has zero calories and is acceptable for keto diets. In All-Purpose In The Raw®, Erythritol is added so that our sweetener looks and crunches just like sugar.
Allulose is a plant based zero calorie sweetener with the same clean, sweet taste you expect from sugar. Allulose is found in small quantities in fruits such as figs and raisins or can be made from corn through fermentation. It bakes and browns just like sugar.
We use a precise blend of four all-natural, zero calorie ingredients so that our All-Purpose blend looks, tates, bakes, and crunches just like sugar. We add Stevia and Monk Fruit so that it is sweet like sugar, Allulose so that it tastes and browns like sugar, and Erythritol to look and crunch like sugar.
Our All-Purpose blend is made with four Non-GMO, plant based sweeteners: Stevia Leaf Extract, Monk Fruit Extract, Allulose and Erythritol. Stevia is sourced from the sweet leaves of the stevia plant that are steeped in hot water to extract the sweetness. Monk Fruit juice and pulp are separated from the fruit insoluble parts to product Monk Fruit Extract. Afterward, they each undergo a process to separate, filter and purify the extract into a sweetener for our blend. Allulose and Erythritol are fermented from Non-GMO corn or other natural plant based sources.
