Baked Brie

Organic Agave Nectar - Light, Organic Agave Nectar - Hot
Ingredients
- 1 wheel of brie (8 oz or larger)
- 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted
- 1/4 cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds), toasted
- 2 tbsp fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp or more of Agave In The Raw
- Crusty bread, sliced and toasted
Preparation
- Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Step 2
Prepare the brie: Remove the brie from its packaging. You can leave the rind on or lightly score the top for extra gooeyness.
- Step 3
Bake the brie: Place the brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet or an oven-safe dish. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until soft and gooey but not losing its shape.
- Step 4
Toast the walnuts and pepitas: While the brie bakes, toast the walnuts and pepitas in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally until fragrant and lightly golden. Set aside to cool and roughly chop the walnuts.

Assemble the toppings: Once the brie is ready, transfer it to a serving dish. Top it with toasted walnuts, pepitas, and freshly chopped parsley. Drizzle with Agave In The Raw.

Serve: Serve immediately with crusty bread slices for dipping and spreading.
