Monk Fruit with Erythritol - Golden

Ingredients

  • 1⁄4 cup dried hibiscus flowers
  • 1 cup mixed fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
  • 1⁄2 small orange, thinly sliced
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • 3 tablespoon Golden Monk Fruit In The Raw
  • 5 cups hot water
  • 1 tablespoon Light Agave In The Raw
  • Ice square cubes made with edible flowers
  • Garnish: Fresh mint, berry skewer, and lime, lemon, or orange wedge

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    In a large glass teapot, combine fresh berries, dried hibiscus, Golden Monk Fruit In The Raw, citrus slices, and mint.

  2. Step 2

    Pour 5 cups of near-boiling water and steep for 10–15 minutes, occasionally stirring gently to help dissolve sweetener.

  3. Step 3

    Pour tea into glass and sweeten slightly with Light Agave In The Raw.

  4. Step 4

    Add edible flower ice cubes and garnish with fresh mint, berries, citrus wedge and/or edible flowers.
