Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Sugar In The Raw
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 6 to 8 tablespoons ice water
- 4 cups mixed berries (fresh or thawed frozen)
- 1/2 cup Sugar In The Raw
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup Sugar In The Raw
- 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
- Step 1
In a bowl, blend flour, Sugar In The Raw, and salt. Cut in butter until the mixture forms coarse crumbs.
- Step 2
Gradually add ice water just until the dough comes together. Chill for 30 minutes.
- Step 3
Roll out the dough and press into a greased 9x13-inch sheet pan. Prick the bottom with a fork. Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a separate bowl, toss berries with Sugar In The Raw, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla.
- Step 5
In another bowl, combine oats, flour, Sugar In The Raw, salt, and butter, mixing with your fingers until crumbly.
- Step 6
Spread berry filling into crust, top with crumble, and bake for 40 to 45 minutes until golden and bubbly. Cool before slicing.
