Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Organic Hot Agave In The Raw
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Step 2

    Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  3. Step 3

    Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

  4. Step 4

    Drizzle the roasted sprouts with Organic Hot Agave In The Raw and toss to coat evenly.

  5. Step 5

    Transfer to a serving dish and serve.
