Monk Fruit with Erythritol - Golden

Ingredients

• 1 lb Strawberries, cut into quarters

• 2 tbsp Bourbon

• 1 ½ cup Self-rising flour

• 1/2 cup #MonkFruitInTheRaw

• 1 cup Milk

• ½ cup Butter (1 stick)

• 1 tsp Vanilla

• ½ tsp Almond extract

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Add the cut the strawberries to a small bowl and top with the bourbon. Let set for 30 minutes.

  2. Step 2

    Place the butter in the baking tray and place it in the oven. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees with the butter and the tray in the oven.

  3. Step 3

    Whisk the self-rising flour and Monk Fruit In The Raw® in a medium bowl. Add in the milk, vanilla, and almond extracts and whisk until there are no lumps left. Pour on top of the butter.

  4. Step 4

    Do not mix with the butter.

  5. Step 5

    Layer the bourbon soaked strawberries on top of the batter.

  6. Step 6

    Bake for 45-50 minutes.
