Trail Mix Cookies

Organic Cane Sugar
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup whole wheat flour (or all-purpose)
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ cup nut or seed butter (e.g. almond, peanut, or sunflower)
- ⅓ cup Organic White Sugar In The Raw
- 1 egg (or flax egg for vegan)
- ½ cup mix-ins (e.g. raisins, chocolate chips, sunflower seeds)
- Optional: cinnamon, salt
Preparation
- Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Step 2
In a bowl, mix all ingredients until combined.
- Step 3
Scoop into balls and flatten slightly on the tray.
- Step 4
Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are set.
- Step 5
Cool and enjoy as a snack or lunchbox treat.
