Monk Fruit with Erythritol - Golden
Ingredients
- 4 cups watermelon juice (6-7 cups cubed watermelon)
- 1⁄2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 cup tequila (8 oz)
- 1⁄2 cup orange liquor (4 oz)
- 1⁄4 cup Golden Monk Fruit In The Raw basil simple syrup
- 2 tablespoon Agave In The Raw
- Ice
- Garnish: Tajín rim, basil, lime, watermelon
- 1 cup water
- 1⁄2 cup Golden Monk Fruit In The Raw
- 1⁄2 cup basil leaves, lightly packed
Preparation
- Step 1
Make basil simple syrup by combining water and Golden Monk Fruit In The Raw in a small saucepan, over medium heat, whisking until it dissolves. Do not boil. Add basil leaves and bring to simmer for 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and let steep for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Discard the basil and use immediately or store in airtight container for up to one week.
- Step 2
Blend watermelon until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve.
- Step 3
In a large pitcher, combine and stir watermelon juice, lime juice, tequila, basil simple syrup, and Agave In The Raw.
- Step 4
Garnish glasses with Tajín rim, fill with ice, pour margarita, and garnish with basil, lime, and watermelon wedge.
