Yogurt & Granola with Coconut Sugar

Ingredients
- ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
- ¼ cup granola (store-bought or homemade)
- 1–2 tsp Coconut Sugar In The Raw, to taste
- 1 tsp Honey In The Raw or Agave In The Raw (optional, for extra sweetness)
- Fresh fruit (berries, banana slices, or stone fruit)
- Optional toppings: toasted coconut flakes, chia seeds, or nuts
Preparation
- Step 1
Sweeten the yogurt:
- Spoon yogurt into a bowl and sprinkle with coconut sugar. Gently stir to lightly sweeten, or leave swirled on top for texture.
- Step 2
Add granola:
- Sprinkle granola evenly over the yogurt.
- Step 3
Finish & serve:
- Top with fresh fruit and any optional toppings. Add a drizzle of honey if desired.
