Ingredients

  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
  • ¼ cup granola (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1–2 tsp Coconut Sugar In The Raw, to taste
  • 1 tsp Honey In The Raw or Agave In The Raw (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • Fresh fruit (berries, banana slices, or stone fruit)
  • Optional toppings: toasted coconut flakes, chia seeds, or nuts

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Sweeten the yogurt:

    • Spoon yogurt into a bowl and sprinkle with coconut sugar. Gently stir to lightly sweeten, or leave swirled on top for texture.
  2. Step 2

    Add granola:

    • Sprinkle granola evenly over the yogurt.
  3. Step 3

    Finish & serve:

    • Top with fresh fruit and any optional toppings. Add a drizzle of honey if desired.
