Crystallization in raw and unfiltered honey is very common and natural, however it is easily remedied. To make your honey smooth and free flowing again, simply place your bottle in a warm water bath to liquefy. Pollen in our unfiltered honey can act as a starter to the crystallization process. To slow down crystallization, store at room temperature away from direct sunlight.
