Ginger-Mint Switchel

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a medium saucepan combine 2 cups water, mint, and ginger. Bring to a boil, take off heat, cover, and steep for 20 minutes.
  2. Strain liquid into a pitcher and stir in agave, vinegar, and 2 cups cold water.
  3. Chill completely in the refrigerator.
  4. Serve over ice garnished with mint sprigs.
