DIRECTIONS

1. In a blender combine almond milk, cocoa powder, protein powder, monk fruit, peppermint extract, and 3 large ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Add cocoa nibs and blend briefly just enough to break up nibs.
2. Pour shake into a glass and garnish with cocoa nibs and mint sprig.
