Our Organic Agave In The Raw® Dark is USDA-certified organic and made from Mexico’s blue agave plant. About 25% sweeter than sugar, it has a low glycemic load, is gluten-free, and is known for its smooth taste, easy solubility, and ability to add moisture and promote browning in baking. With a deeper flavor profile than our Light Agave, it offers a rich, rounded sweetness.
